10 Trinity Square

Project Description

This project involved the strip out of a 7-storey Grade II listed building and the strip out and demolition of a 9-storey 1970s built office block within the central courtyard. Working in close collaboration with the Client, EC Harris, we developed a comprehensive and technically capable demolition strategy which was a necessary pre-requisite because of the constrained
urban nature of the site. In addition to this, Heritage surveys and temporary works design were conducted prior to commencement of works. There was a substantial Listed Building consultation as the building itself is a Listed Structure
and the site lies within a densely populated district in Central London administered by the City of London  Corporation
Works included the removal of large quantities of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs), careful
demolition of selected elements within the building, with all arisings being taken off site for
disposal/recycling at our licensed facilities.

Key Elements: Isolate/disconnect all services | Erect all
hoarding | Fully scaffold the office block | Remove all
